For this year i decided to choose sunflower because I love sunflower and it's a happy flower that gives people hope and love. I think. (: and mainly because i really want to move away from using body parts (hands, legs)

Some say my sunflower looks like lotus, chrysanthemum, golden MANGO?? CUI!

Boss- sunflower petals are slim! Yours too fat!
Me- because I'm short and fat, that's why my sunflower follow me!

Less than a month

24 days left to be exact.. Stress level is building up. Again my nightmare event (company's anniversary) is back to haunt me. Always giving me sleepless nights and turning me into one cranky old lady.

This is my third year doing it and I hope it's the last. (btw, I said the same thing last year.)

Random conversation with a friend
Me- I'm busy with my anniversary planning now. Will only be free after mid oct.
Him- why is it always you? You told me no more last year!
Me- I can never run away from it. :(

Last year was the worst.. I almost had a mental breakdown because of that. Too many things on-going at once and there is only 1 me left to handle it. Yes people are always telling me to delegate, delegate and delegate. But who can I delegate it to and not having to see the very unpleasant look on their faces? And not forgetting coming back to me with one million and one questions that you can/ should just make the decisions yourself! And report back to me instead of asking.

Not forgetting many people are already overloaded with their current work commitments. Who will be happy to be given additional tasks to do? Oh crap.

At the end of the day I learnt it's best to always rely on yourself. because you will never betray and screw yourself up!

I just need to rant.

My first time as a emcee for cousin's wedding. And to be frank I was really reluctant to go on stage.

Oh boy I was really nervous and worried. All my relatives were there, 'staring' at me. STRESSSSS!.

Random conversation with my co emcee that day on stage.

Me: Stage fright HOW?!? I don't know what to say! shit.
Co emcee: HUH? just say anything. If you don't start talking, I can't talk!!

HAHAHAHAHA. That was right before the start of the dinner.

Another incident while hosting.

Me: SHIT! MY LEG CRAMP! HOWHOW?

People were telling me to drink more alcohol to loosen myself up. And I did. Drowning myself with wine and hard liquor. seriously it helps! Was much better during the second part of hosting. I was so HIGH that I talk nonsense! CUI!! But I dont think I did anything silly to embarrass myself further. HAHAHAHA

thinking back now, it was really funny with all those silly stunts that I pulled. :x .
but anyhow that conclude my first time emceeing and hopefully it's the last!

and this morning the most classic comment from my colleague "when i saw your photo... OH SHIT! what if she come and ask me how's my hair on monday morning?? HOW AM I GOING TO TELL HER THAT IT'S REALLY UGLY?!?!"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

and not to worry, i'm not that stupid to walk around with that hairstyle and let everyone laugh at me!!

now, almost half a year gone and no holiday plans made because i'm grounded for a year. dad forbid me to go anywhere this year. dont ask me why, he says 'it's all for your own good.' and being the 'really good' daughter, i actually listened to him.

still remember early this year, i already confirmed my bintan trip but when i reached home before i can even tell my parents, dad told me im not allowed to go anywhere. wtf and i'm so glad i didnt advance purchase my tickets to bangkok! if not double wtf.

i miss those days when i can just randomly go for any short trips as and when i like. even my classmates were surprise because i used to go for trips during every term break? friends are always asking me to join them for various trips and i'm always saying no now. sad life

Always warm my heart to see an elderly couple holding hands walking down the street. Even sweeter to see an elderly man pushing his wife who is sitting on a wheelchair. they proved to us that it's indeed possible to grow old with the one you love and a reminder to us that forever love does exist. <3
