Dear All

As you know that I am lousy at things mechanical, so please do not stress me up by changing the printer settings from automatic to manual feed. If you have to change, please ensure that you change back. The de fault setting should be Automatic feed and not manual feed.

If you do not change, then technological wannabes like myself will be utterly frustrated as my priniting jobs get stuck half way and I will be unable rush some urgent jobs.

So please be considerate!!!!!

Dear all,

Just in case you need to know, if you have problems with printer settings such as automatic feed and manual feed, the problem is with your setting in the document that you are printing and not the printer. All commands given to the printer are controlled by your computer.

To resolve, go to the menu at the top of your document,
Click File > Print > Properties (at top right hand corner of screen) > Paper Source (at bottom right hand corner of screen) > Select “Auto Select”
