met up with the girls for a reunion dinner. kind of disappointed that ting and quek couldn’t make it at the very last minute. Shall plan another gathering soon. (Hopefully) Had our gathering at peninsular hotel, we had Korean BBQ for dinner. Dinner was satisfactory; if everyone was present it would taste even better. (:

new year is round the corner and i've one million and one assignmentSsS to submit in february...

physically drained

was offered a chance to volunteer my service with AVI (Assumption Vocational Institute) and i readily agreed to it.

the past two days was really tired, used up almost all of my energy but it was all worth it!! i had a great time interacting with the kids at AVI. each of them is unique in their own ways. they are really a bunch of very special kids and i enjoy working with them. to get their attention and cooperation, i need to come up with interesting topics to interact with them. of course there are kids who is really uncooperative and i need to be really patients with them. it was not that difficult for me to click with them despite our age difference.

on the first day i was assigned to work as a station IC, job was to control the game flow, interact with them, explain to them rules and instruction, blah blah.. i had to constantly encouraged them and let them know that YES YOU CAN DO IT!! GOOD JOB PEOPLE!! some of the boys were mischievous but i know that they meant no harm as they just wanted to have their share of fun.


it was the amazing east coast race on the second day. was assigned to lead a team round the whole east coast. i was pretty worried at first as i do not know my way well east cost that well and it was after all my first time trying out as a team facilitator. but guess what?? we, THE RED TEAM WON THE FIRST PRIZE!! WOOOOHOOooO!! they were all very enthu about the whole race. very cooperative and i had to thank them for not giving me any problem during the whole race. great job team :) you made it!! im so proud of you..

AND THE KIDS WERE SUPER EVIL TO THROW ME INTO THE SEA TWICE!! TWICE!!! TWICE!!!!!!!! OMG.. but still it was really really fun...

i seriously dont mind quitting my job and offer them my service.. i totally enjoyed what i am doing. it's definitely feels better to be working with kids than some shit ADULTS. i felt like a human while im with the kids and not being treated like some dumb ass (in the fucking office).

my weekend sucks.

basically timetable for this semester sucks.. im taking up 4 modules this term which 2 subjects are super dry. theories theories and more theories.. plus one of the module is conduct over the weekend. which means i need to school even on a damn SUNDAY!! to make things worst, class ends at 9.30 pm. crap.. they labelled it as INTENSIVE CLASS! :( fri - 7-10.30 pm, sat - 2-9.30 pm and sun - 2-9.30 pm. @#$%^&*#$%^ this explains why my weekend sucks.

attended my first intensive class on friday, my beloved lecturer dropped a BOMB on us by informing us that everyone of us need to present a seminar on sunday. which means we are only given 1 day to prepare!!! wtf.. like super sudden can.. practically im still in the holiday mood. due date for assignment 1 was after chinese new year!! (i need to submit another assignment for another module before chinese new year!!)

it was indeed tough trying to discipline myself to attend classes and listen to the very 'interesting' lectures. anyhow, glad that i SURVIVE!! YEA YEA!!

was soo pissss off.. but..

Received a call from mum telling me that dad lost his wallet and he sounded super upset. Beside that, there was a lot of money in it and the most important thing is, it was a gift from me! I’ll never forget his expression when i told him that im buying a wallet for you so choose one design that you like. he cant bear to use it till i force him to. i was so shock and very piss off. why? because i dont like the idea of my dad getting upset over something. i want him to be happy every single day and that includes my family.

Called him immediately and intend he sounded funny, unlike his usual funny joking voice. Rushed down to look for him immediately, in my heart I kept cursing at that fucker who took the wallet. Cursing him/ her for making my dad upset, making my mum and me worried for him.

he suspected it was done by one of his student as they were the only one who remained in the school to clean up after class ended. Some evidences was pretty obvious. They became really hardworking SUDDENLY, clearing up things very fast and left quickly instead of their usual self. Things were not place properly, etc. we started searching the whole school for it. I even went to that extend of digging the soil of the plant thinking that they might hide it there. Yeah stupid me.. still no sight of the wallet.. L

Sat down and started to discuss with his colleagues of the different possible scenario. Being a drama freak, one of his colleagues suggested searching the toilet and dustbin because that’s how the storyline goes every time in the drama!! -.- dustbin no… so we headed over to do a in depth search of the toilet. VOILA!!! His colleague found it!!! Guess where that bitch hided it? She fucking placed it with the fucking USED sanitary pads!!! Fucking disgusting can.. fucking loser.. was so so so happy when we found it.. and my dad smiles again.. J

I thank everyone for helping my dad to recover his lost wallet. Thank you.. because of you, my dad is smiling now..
