I have been looking for a full-time job for the pass few weeks. Resumes were sent out, but sadly to say, not many respond. Almost all the jobs need experiences and not many is willing to hire Fresh Graduates.
The reasons they gave were "Sorry you are too young and you do not have any relevant experiences." Is it a crime to be young?? Well its true that I lack experiences. BUT if nobody wanna employ me or just try me out for a few months, I will forever remain as someone without experiences and never will I ever get a job.
So how am I going to get the experiences that you guys wanted when I`m not even given a chance to perform?
