Happiest email received today and I'm really excited and can't wait to start school. I remember waiting so long for this one confirmation email from them and totally smiled to myself when I received it.
Finally one good news to kick start the snake year and I'm sure even more amazing things will be in stall for me. Go Chloe! :D

life lesson
few months back one of my resident was diagnosed with last stage cancer and he managed to go through treatments and prolong his life. the treatment didn't work eventually but he is definitely one of the strongest person i know. he never once let his illness bother him and stop him from doing what he enjoy most.
often when we know that we are dying, we ended up getting really upset over it. we spent most of our time thinking about our illness and worrying over it. we forget to enjoy and cherish the remaining time. we forget to continue doing what we love when we are well. we forget how to live like we used to be.
through my resident's experience, i learnt that it doesn't matter how serious your illness is, what is important to still continue doing what you love and enjoy. we shouldn't let our illness take over our life. our pain and suffering shouldn't be constantly on our mind or rather we shouldn't even be thinking about it. we should continue to live our remaining life happily and not spend it worrying over everything.
we should find something to look forward to as it will keep us going as well.
